Our Team
Ned Malik
President
Ned is a licensed Class “A” builder and real estate broker with over 15+ years of industry experience. He has been licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
In addition to being a Certified Patent-Agent, Ned is also a member of Project Management Institute (PMI). In 2017-18 he received GALA Awards in the categories for Design/Architectural. He also achieved Best Practices for LEED projects from USGC. Additionally, he has a certification in the Energy-Star program.
Ned holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from George Washington University (DC), a Master of Science in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University (DC) and a J.D., Law degree from DC School of Law (DC). Ned also holds a certificate for Real Estate Development from George Mason University

KC Price is a licensed architect with over 100+ projects designed and permitted. Through those projects, he has garnered over 15+ years of industry experience. He is the owner and operator of KC/DC Studios. KC received his BFA from the Arch Savannah College of Art and Design and his Sustainable Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).

Mr. Joaquin is an experienced and driven Construction Superintendent with over thirty years of experience in the construction industry. Proven track record of successfully working as part of a team for multi-million dollar building projects. Bringing forth the ability to supervise multiple crews, using BuilderTrend software tools, and building process. Experienced in building codes and regulations, as well as safe working practices. A devoted worker ready to utilize my expertise and achieve more building success.

We are available throughout the building process and are committed to resolve any customer service items that might arise after your family moves in. Green Building Group Realty and Builders provides the most comprehensive home warranty in the industry of any custom home builder. Included with the purchase of your home, is a 10-Year Structural Warranty and a 2-Year Systems* Warranty through the 2-10 Home Warranty company.
2-10 HBW WARRANTY PROGRAM
When you purchase your home through Green Building Group, you can rest assured that you will be receiving top-notch industry recognized home warranty plan, through 2-10 HBW most comprehensive warranty program protecting your property right from the closing day. A 2-10 HBW 1-year warranty program which provides surety coverage against defects in workmanship and materials, and 2-10 HBW 2-year warranty program which provides systems surety coverage for defects in wiring, piping, and ductwork in electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating and mechanical systems, and in addition, 2-10 HBW 10-year warranty program which provides coverage for structural defects to load-bearing components With the exception of emergencies, all requests for service must be in writing. HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
Habitat ReStores are home improvement stores that accept small and large donations of new or gently used furniture, appliances, housewares, building materials and more. Proceeds from the sales of these items help Habitat’s work in your community and around the world. The money raised by Habitat ReStores helps families build a decent and affordable place to call home. When the items you donate to ReStore are sold, the money helps families achieve the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better future. Remodeling, cleaning, down-sizing or just getting organized? Whatever your project, don’t let the items you no longer need end up in your local landfill.Habitat ReStores divert hundreds of tons from landfills each year, accepting hard-to-dispose-of items including new and used furniture, appliances and surplus building materials. In many cases, pickup service is provided for large items.Best of all, proceeds from the sale of these donated goods help families build a foundation for the future.
TEENS UNITED
Teens United was founded by team of Fairfax County High School students. Teens United mission is to build a national network of Teen volunteers to provide contact-less, and safe and free home delivery services to Senior Citizens and to our Frontline workers during a time of crisis, riots, a natural disaster, or a pandemic.The COVID-19 pandemic has especially hit hard the senior citizens population, and even more so the African American and Hispanic senior citizens population. According to CDC, the people of color are disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 pandemic because of many also have some underlying health conditions which makes them more vulnerable to the COVID-19.
The seniors are at a higher risk of exposure to the COVID19 disease anytime they need to venture outside their home to obtain daily essentials like groceries, medicine, and other essential items from their local supermarket or a pharmacy. Teens United is solving this problem by making safe and free home deliveries of daily essentials items right to the front door of our senior citizens. Teens United goal is to make 400+ contact-less, safe and free deliveries per month. Our goal is to make each delivery within 4 hours of receipt of a delivery order that is ready to-be fulfilled.
