Our Preferred Agent Program rewards repeat partnerships with increasing commissions and long-term earning potential. As you continue building with Green Building Group, your commission grows, reaching a flat 4% on all future homes after your fourth referral.
Qualified projects may include custom home construction, tear-down and rebuild, build-on-your-lot homes, and other approved residential development.

Who can participate in the Builder Referral Program?
Licensed real estate agents, brokers, and approved referral partners are eligible.
What is the referral fee?
Referral fees are earned on qualified Clients and increase based on successful referrals:
- 1st qualified sale — 2.5%
- 2nd qualified sale — 3.0%
- 3rd qualified sale — 3.5%
- 4th and subsequent — 4.0%
When is the referral fee paid?
Referral fees are paid in accordance with the Builder Referral Agreement as construction payments are received.
What types of projects qualify for referral fees?
Qualified projects may include custom home construction, tear-down and rebuild, build-on-your-lot homes, and other approved residential development.
Can I install a yard sign?
GBG may permit a referring agent to install a “For Sale” yard sign, subject to builder approval and community regulations.
