NEW CONSTRUCTION
Inspired, Designed, and Built Around You!
Your new home begins with Green Building Group. We provide complete design/build services, guiding you through every stage of construction with clarity, efficiency, and trusted expertise.
The Design/Build Approach
When it comes to building a new home, we understand that the process can be daunting and exhausting. We know that designing a model for a home, budgeting for it, finding contractors, selecting a lot, getting permits, picking out the interiors, all the while following your timeline takes a lot of work. We know how difficult building your dream home can be, but we also know how easy it could be.
We are a design/build company, your one-stop shop for when it comes to designing and building a dream home. We will work with you through all the stages of development: concept, design, construction, and follow-up. Total project costs can be determined early in the process and are tightly managed through our design/build approach, which saves you money in the long run. Traditional methods of using an architect/designer for home design and sending those plans to builders for the bidding process typically take longer. Our custom process, however, takes less time and is less prone to miscommunication.
We have constructed a team specifically tailored to meeting your next design-build challenge and will show you how we can meet even your most challenging scheduling requirements.
OUR PROCESS
Conceptual Design
As soon as you decide to work with us, our team will springboard into action for you. We will hold a pre-construction meeting with you to prioritize the needs of your dream home. We will help you visualize the floor plan and develop conceptual sketches and 3D renders to help you navigate the overall layout of your custom home.
Planning & Budgeting
Our design-build team will guide you through a detailed budgeting process to ensure your project runs smoothly. We will break down costs for each stage of design and construction, giving you a clear financial roadmap. By aligning your vision with your budget, we help prevent delays, avoid overspending, and make sure every decision supports the overall goals of your home.
Construction-Perm Financing
We have established relationships with banks and lending institutions to help you secure financing for your project. Our partners offer competitive rates, incentives, and one-time closings to simplify the process. We will guide you in comparing packages, answering questions, and selecting financing options before construction begins.
Lot/Site Selection
We help you source, review, and purchase the right lot for your home. Our team carefully evaluates site conditions, neighborhood context, utilities, and overall value to match your goals. This ensures your vision is reflected in the design and supports sustainability, including recognized LEED certification standards.
Architecture and Permitting
Green Building Group will work with you to understand your vision so we can design a project that suits your needs. We will work with architects and engineers directly to make sure your desired concepts are executed flawlessly. We have experienced permit runners who know the permitting process and can get local jurisdictions to issue permits quickly.

An experienced team of engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors will manage construction with precision and care. We handle scheduling, materials, and quality control to ensure construction runs efficiently and meets standards. From start to finish, we oversee each stage so your home is delivered on time, within budget, and built to last.
